Shipping

Your purchase will be mailed to you within two business days upon receipt of payment, according to your chosen shipping method.
The purchase will be carefully packed and delivered to the address indicated. We always put a small gift with every purchase.

We send all your orders by Regular Post. The delivery period of international orders is two weeks. Sometimes there are delays up to 30 days. In case it happens, we ask you to show patience, please, as we are not able to control post services.

We offer shipping by registered mail. That takes aprox 20 days within Europe and 30 days overseas. Please note that local mail service may affect delivery times.

Refunds and Exchanges

We will accept returns for any faulty item if you contact me within 7 days of receiving that item. Please contact me as early as possible so that we can work out any of the problems for you. Any international shipping back to me will be at your expense and we will pay for shipping back to you, if you would like it to be exchanged or fixed, or we will refund the item price (minus initial shipping costs) to you once wehave received the item.
